Anyone. There are no restrictions and there are no fees associated with becoming a Labor Provider. HHH encourages local people in each community to offer their services to other local people in their own communities.

How Do the Labor Provider and the Labor User Get in Contact With Each Other?

when the labor user or anyone who visit our site and interested on your services, they can contact the labor provider through the contact form on their list, then it will send an email to them automatically, or you can leave your question in comment area of that specific listing. If the labor provider have a leave phone # in the description, then labor user can contact them by phone directly.

What Role Does HHH Play in this Process?

HHH’s role is to bring people with labor to offer with people who need to hire labor. HHH provides a free forum where people can list their services and people in need of these services can contact each other, independently and make suitable arrangements between the two of them.
